How do I get started?
  • Ages 12+: You can enroll in a 30 day trial via the link at the top of our homepage. After doing so, check out our schedule and find the best class for you to start. If you have no prior experience, we suggest that you start in the classes labeled “fundamentals” for the first few weeks. Once you have found the class you’d like to attend, please arrive 20 min prior so we can show you around before you get started.
  • Ages 5 - 11: You can enroll your child in our Kids Intro class! It’s a 4 week class that teaches your child the basics of our classes, class structure, and school expectations. This is a small group environment that meets 2x week every Monday and Wednesday. The class is 4:30 - 5:30 both days. The cost is $99 + tax and includes your child’s gi (uniform). Please contact the school for the next start date available at [email protected] and spot availability. To keep the learning environment ideal, we cap these classes off at 10 children. After your child graduates, he/she has the option to enroll in a regular membership and you can select the schedule that works best for your family. He/she can attend as many classes as they would like post graduation. All of our memberships include all classes and unlimited attendance.
Things to know before your first class?
  • Ages 12+: Please try to arrive 20 minutes early before your first class with athletic clothing on. Please avoid baggy clothing, pockets, and zippers. If you have prior experience, you can bring gear you already have! A few basic facility rules, we ask that you do not take calls in the school for the sake of the learning environment. Please silence your phone prior to class and take any phone calls outside. Shirts are required in the facility at all times, along with shoes when you are NOT on the mat. Sports bras are not considered shirts and must be covered by a shirt. Please do not step on the mats with shoes on. This is for safety and cleanliness.
  • Ages 5 - 11: Please try to arrive 20 min before the first class so we can show you and your child around. We ask that you do not bring any liquid or food in the school other than water. We also ask that you do not take phone calls in the school. Please silence your phone and take calls outside. This is for the sake of the learning environment. Please make sure your child is not wearing a hood or anything with a collar under their gi (uniform). Shorts or compression shorts/pants are the most comfortable for under their gi pants. We also ask that you do not coach from the side of the mat or try to talk to your child during class, as it can be very distracting to the other children. If it is urgent, please let us know!
What kind of gear do I need?
  • Ages 12+: If you're on a trial, we expect that you're not going to have your own gear for the first few classes. The gear you will need is available for purchase at our school. However, there is no requirement to purchase it from us! We do provide reasonably priced gear that's very high-quality so most do prefer to purchase it from us, but it's not a requirement.  For Muay Thai classes, you will need a mouth guard, Muay Thai shorts, and a Thai jersey/tank or rash guard. For BJJ, you will need a gi or no gi uniform for the no gi classes. Slip on shoes and water are also very helpful (not required).
  • Ages 5 - 11: Please arrive with the uniform and belt that was provided to you at registration. Slip on shoes and water are also very helpful. When your child moves into regular classes, they will need a mouth guard and a no gi uniform for the no gi classes.
